I am gonna go with yes, Bitterblossom will hit 50. Tarm is still better, since it gets played in all formats in which it is legal. I haven't seen a ton of vintage players jumping on the "just wait til my upkeep" bus. I doubt BB would even be played in Extended, but I've been wrong before.
